- Huacai fire resistant glass laminating line can be used for the production of heat resistant glass, insulating fire resistant glass, anti-sun glass. The thickness of NanoSi fireproof layer can minimize to 1 mm to reduce the wight of fire-proofing glass windows. The thickness of NanoSi fireproof layer can be up to 5 mm and achieve multi-layer laminating.

We have regular models of glass washers in stock: QX1600, QX1800, QX2000, QX2500, QX3000, ensuring quick delivery and reliable quality. Type B glass washing machines are suitable for common flat glasses and Type C, D and E glass washing machines are proper for Low-E glasses. You can choose a best fit glass washing system according to the glass type, glass size, cleaning and drying speed to increase the glass manufacturing efficiency and improve the laminated glass quality.

- Glass laminating autoclave is an essential equipment in a glass laminating line. It firmly combines layers of glasses and plastic interlayers through heating, pressurization and cooling process. The glass laminating autoclave consists of heating, cooling and heat preservation parts.

- The heat soaking oven is one of the auxiliary equipment for tempered glass production. The presence of Nickel Sulfide inclusions in tempered glass may cause the spontaneous breakage of the glass sheets. After tempering process, glass is put into the heat soaking oven and most glass containing NiS will shatter during the heat soak testing and so as to eliminate the risk of breakages from the glass project. This process ensures the tempered glass safety, reliability and long-life in industrial, residential and commercial applications.
